If your employer does not comply with paying your Social Insurance Contributions of Health Insurance benefits please visit our office, and meet with a Compliance Inspector or Report a Violation.
Important Information
- Section 30 of The Contributory Pensions Act 1970 details the offences for not adhering to the legislation. One offense is not cooperating with an inspector by delaying, obstructing, or not giving information. This offense can result in a fine of up to $10,000.00.
- When you are visited by an Inspector, you should request to see their Bermuda Government issued identification before answering any questions and providing access to documents.
